HEY! I have had a lot of questions on where i'm going, why, when i'll be leaving, and what i'll be doing. I'm hoping to help answer all of those in this blog!

I am doing the World Race Gap Year program through Adventures In Missions. With this program instead of doing the "normal" of going from senior year to college, i'll be doing a gap year in between to go on the mission field for 9 months and dive deeper in my relationship with Christ, and pursue my passion of spreading the love of Jesus to all! In June of 2021 I will be heading to Gainesville Georgia for training camp where I will gain the knowledge for BACKPACKING FOR 9 MONTHS, yes I said backpacking! This is completely out of my comfort zone but I'm confident God will even use this to teach me what is and isn't important. Along with that I will get the chance to gain a deeper relationship with my fellow racers and Jesus, while worshiping, team bonding, and getting a look into what the next year will hold on the race. While on the race I will be spending 3 months in each country consisting of Guatemala, Cambodia, and Eswatini (Swaziland). There I will have the chance to help with first-aid, child and elder care, community outreach, teaching English, and showing and seeing Gods love daily. 

While I am incredibly excited for this journey it does come with the reality of the funds to go as well, I have quite the big goal to reach to have the ability to go, but I am with out a doubt confident God will supply my needs each step of the way. Throughout this year I will be keeping you all updated on this journey, including the fun in fundraising. I have lots of exciting ideas planned throughout the year but I will for sure need all the help I can get, not just financially but by prayer as well, everything and anything is greatly appreciated! I am already so blessed by all the love and support that I have received and could not be more excited about pursing this dream of mine!
